YMCA Retirement Fund Planning Seminar PDF format

We now have a limited number of full scholarships available for the 2009 AYP National Conference. The following requirements are necessary to qualify for a scholarship:

• Current AYP member
• One scholarship per metro YMCA
• Detailed description as to why scholarship is needed

Registration Fees

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION to January 16, 2009	$550.00
AYP Member Registration - January 17th and after	$650.00
Retiree Registration	$400.00
Rising Star/Spouse/Guest Registration	$300.00
Cancellation Policy: Registrations cancelled by April 6th will incur a $100 processing fee. No refund will be honored after April 6th.

Below are three options to register for the 2009 AYP National Conference
May 6th thru 9th at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort in Orlando, Fl. Please read the descriptions carefully and choose the appropriate one.

	Individual (Active) Member Registration
Use this option for Active Members registering alone or Active Members registering with spouse/guest or Active Members registering and sponsoring a Rising Star(s) or Active Members registering with spouse/guest and sponsoring a Rising Star(s) or Active Members who have already been registered but need to now register a spouse/guest and/or Rising Star(s)
	Retiree Registration
Use this option for Retired members registering alone or Retired members registering with spouse/guest
	Multiple Member Registration
Use this option for Groups of AYP Members who are registering together and being paid for by one source. Sponsored Rising Stars can be included. Spouses/Guests can not be registered by this option.
